This book (Body of Health) is also very good, and I am focusing on the parts that seem to be directly related to what you did. You lit up my "meditation sanctuary" and so now I know where that is; you drew these energies through me and so now I know what that feels like. When I do the meditations in the book I leap to the sensations that you imparted to me in our session. I used to meditate all the time, in the Zen tradition, but these meditations are far more healing and empowering.
However, if you had not done whatever it is that you did, these meditations would probably be just as tedious as Zen koans eventually became. You showed me what meditation could be, you showed me how these energies can impact life.
